We make returns and exchanges easy
In the effort to make returns an eco-friendlier process, we have discontinued the use of paper return receipts. The following link will take you to our returns portal, where you can process your return online using your order number and email.
Our return & exchange policy
You can return and exchange unwanted items within 14 days. We offer free exchange, whereas return costs must be paid by customers.
As soon as we receive your return, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it. After reviewing the return, we will issue a refund based on the payment method you selected or send you a new item if you opted for an exchange. The processing and refund can take up to 5 days.
Items that cannot be returned
Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in their original packaging, including the label. Of course, it’s okay to try on an item as you would in a store, but please don’t wear items you are returning.
Returns from abroad
You can also register returns from abroad in our returns portal. For this purpose, we can create a return label for you via the returns portal. Please note that the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad are to be borne by you.
