EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Your satisfaction matters to us! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Yoga Hero. If something doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can of course return your order.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a person named by you (other than the carrier) received the goods.

If you would like to exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us a short, clear message (e.g. by email) to support@yoga-hero.com

After you have informed us, please send the goods back to us within 14 days. It is sufficient if you send off the return before this period expires.

How your return works:

1. Withdrawal by email

Please send us an email to support@yoga-hero.com within 14 days of receiving your goods, including:

  1. your order number
  2. a note that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

This allows us to check your return in advance and help you with any questions.

Please fill it out completely and be sure to include it with your return. Without the form, we cannot clearly match your return, which may delay processing.

3. Pack the items securely

Items must be returned unused/unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Trying items on is of course fine – just as you would in a store.

With their microfiber surface, our yoga mats work much like a towel and come into direct contact with the skin during use. For this reason, yoga mats are considered hygiene products within the meaning of § 312g (2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
The right of withdrawal for yoga mats expires as soon as the protective film has been opened. From that point on, the mat is considered used and, for hygiene reasons, can no longer be returned or exchanged.

Please pack the goods so that they are not damaged on the way back.

4. Free gifts and promotions

Gifts with a minimum order value
For certain promotions, you receive a free item as a gift once you reach a specified minimum order value. The specific conditions (minimum order value, gift item) are communicated in the promotion.

Returning items
If you return items and your order value then falls below the minimum order value required for the promotion, we ask that you also return the free gift.

Returning the gift item
Please return the free gift unused and in perfect condition so that we can refund you the full amount for the returned main items.
If the free gift is not returned or has already been used, we reserve the right to take its value into account in the refund.

5. Returns

Tracking: Please make sure your parcel has tracking in case it gets lost.

Return shipping costs: As a rule, you cover the cost of return shipping yourself. However, if you received the wrong item or the goods arrive damaged, we will of course take care of the costs.

Exceptions from exchange: Please note: B-Stock items are excluded from exchange – but of course they are already reduced in price. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

6. Refund

As soon as we have received your return and checked the items, we will refund the corresponding amount within 14 days via the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

When you buy sets, you benefit from an attractive price advantage. If a set is only partially returned, the refund is based on the regular individual prices of the items you keep.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund items that are visibly worn, soiled or damaged.

If your order was delivered with free shipping and the order value falls below the minimum order value after the return, the regular shipping costs will be taken into account in the refund.
