EXCHANGE & RETURN
Your satisfaction is our top priority! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Yoga Hero. Should something not fit or you don't like it, you can of course return your order.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Yoga Hero, Gustav-Meyrink-Str. 13a, 82319 Starnberg, Germany, email: support@yoga-hero.com ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
You must return the goods to us immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your cancellation. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the deadline.
This is how your return process works:
1. Revocation by email
Please send us an email to support@yoga-hero.com within 14 days of receiving your goods with:
- your order number
- the note that you wish to withdraw from the purchase
This way we can check your return in advance and help you with any questions.
2. Fill out the return form
Download our cancellation form :
Please complete it completely and be sure to include it with your return. Without it, we won't be able to clearly identify your return, which may lead to processing delays.
3. Pack items securely
Items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original packaging .
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used yoga mats or worn yoga clothing. Of course, you are welcome to try them on – just as you would in a store.
Pack the goods so that they remain undamaged on the return journey.
4. Return with tracking
Send your package within 14 days to the following address:

Please make sure to send your package with tracking (tracking number) .
Return costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We will, of course, cover the costs of incorrectly delivered or damaged goods.

Please note: Our B-stock items are non-returnable.
