Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Yoga Hero and the customer via the online shop https://yogahero.de .
Conclusion of the contract
2.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.
2.2 By clicking the "Buy now" button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The contract is concluded as soon as Yoga Hero confirms the order by email.
Prices and payment terms
3.1 All prices include statutory VAT.
3.2 Any additional shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
3.3 Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online shop.
The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract.
Delivery and shipping costs
4.1 Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
4.2 The amount of the shipping costs depends on the delivery address and the scope of the order and is shown during the ordering process.
4.3 Above a certain minimum order value, delivery is free of shipping costs.
If the order value falls below this minimum order value as a result of a return, the regular shipping costs will be charged retrospectively and offset against the refund.
Right of withdrawal
5.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
5.2 The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer or a person named by the customer received the goods.
5.3 The withdrawal must be declared by email to support@yoga-hero.com.
5.4 After the withdrawal has been declared, the goods must be returned within 14 days.
Timely dispatch is sufficient.
Returns
6.1 Condition of the goods:
The goods must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Trying items on is permitted, comparable to testing them in a store.
6.2 Hygiene products:
Yoga mats are considered hygiene products.
The right of withdrawal expires as soon as the protective film has been opened.
Opened or used yoga mats are excluded from returns and exchanges.
6.3 B-Stock:
Items marked as B-Stock are excluded from exchange. This does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal.
6.4 Return shipping costs:
The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless we are at fault.
In the case of incorrect deliveries or damaged goods, we cover the return shipping costs.
6.5 Tracking:
Returns should be sent with tracking.
We accept no liability for returns that are lost.

Refund
7.1 The refund is made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
7.2 The refund is made via the original payment method.
Depending on the payment provider, it may take a few days for the amount to appear.
7.3 Loss of value:
Items that are returned visibly worn, soiled, damaged or not in their original packaging may be wholly or partially excluded from the refund.
We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount for loss of value.
7.4 Sets and bundle offers:
Sets offer a price advantage compared to buying items individually.
In the case of a partial return, the refund is calculated on the basis of the regular individual prices of the items kept.
In this case, the set discount no longer applies.
7.5 Shipping costs for partial returns:
If the order was delivered free of shipping costs and the order value falls below the minimum order value after the return, the regular shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Free gifts and promotions
8.1 For certain promotions, customers receive a free item once they reach a specified minimum order value.
8.2 If a return causes the order value to fall below the minimum order value, the free item must also be returned.
8.3 If the free item is not returned, or not returned unused, we reserve the right to take its value into account in the refund.
Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Yoga Hero until paid for in full.
Warranty and liability
The statutory warranty rights apply.
Yoga Hero is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy on the website.
Final provisions
12.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
12.2 Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
12.3 The place of jurisdiction is Starnberg, to the extent permitted by law.
